Accommodation will be provided to all willing out-station and Delhi participants.

Accommodation will be available only after 6:00 PM, 21st February. And in any circumstance whatsoever every student must leave the allotted dorm before 9:00 AM 25th February.

Charges for 3 days will be Rs. 300/- (excluding food) per head. If anybody wish to use the mess facilities of hostels will have to further pay Rs.400/- per head.

Payment for the same will be taken on the spot.

Any body found not abiding by the rules and regulation of hostel will be immediately removed from hostels without any explanation. Decision taken by hospitality team of Phoenix '10 will be final and unchallengeable.

Instructions:-

1)In the mail please mention date of arrival and departure.

2)Please mention the number of participants for whom accommodation is required.

3)Please bring college ID card during Phoenix '10, without which nobody will be allotted any accommodation.

4)A refundable caution amount of Rs. 200/-  is to be paid by each student. In case of any damage to college property, strict action will be taken.
